In the last few days, we
have been informed with several e-mails sent to our firm that HEREKE CARPETS
have been taken from our valuable customers’ residents on the pretext of “washing & darning” by some people using the registered
trademark of our company title “HAN HALI (HAN CARPET)” in several
European countries mainly Holland and Germany.
We - by no manner of
means - take “HEREKE CARPETS or OTHER
CARPETS”, which are our own products, from residents on the
pretext of washing or darning.
We do not have any
representatives or branches outside TURKEY borders as “HAN HALI (HAN CARPET)”.
Our valuable customers / guests inform such and similar wishes to
our head office address HEREKE in TURKEY or our branch at “BAĐDAT CADDESI
KIZILTOPRAK, ISTANBUL”, both of which are widely well-known, via our telephone
numbers or mail accounts.
The washing and darning
premises of our company are located in HEREKE TURKEY and the carpets which are
brought to these premises by personally you are examined and then washed or darned
in case of necessity.
We would like to declare
that our firm does not have any applications other than the aforementioned one
and warn our customers against possible deceptive or duplicitous cases they might
experience especially abroad by being presented our firm title as reference. Our
firm lawyers will pursue judicial proceedings against the people who do not
have any legal association with our company but have been performing related
deceptive practices in which they use our company title.
We also would like to
declare to our valuable customers and the public with great respect that we have
never accepted and will not assume any possible legal responsibilities or
liabilities due to such and similar applications.
HAN HALI (HAN CARPET),
which has been engaged in production for more than a century, has been
successfully representing our country both in domestic and abroad markets with
its peculiar Ottoman art of
HEREKE carpets and has won numerous
prizes. Thus, it feels the necessity of making this announcement to you – our
valuable customers and guests as a sense of duty and respect.
